Overview

Savills are a renowned real estate developer whose business interests run far and wide. Their pitch and marketing team needed some support to develop compelling sales narratives and dramatically elevate their design output.

We've done many projects for Savills, but here, we're highlighting one project for the English National Opera.

01 - Identity the problem

The sales and marketing team at Savills were overworked and overstretched. They were struggling to maintain a consistently high design quality across a range of important pitches.

So we stepped in to help elevate a series of pitches, specifically targeting the English National Opera.

Through innovative design and strategic concepting, we aimed to enhance Savills' presentation materials, ensuring they effectively communicated their value while engaging their audience.

02 - The creative solution

We transformed Savills' pitch presentations through innovative design and storytelling.
We started by analysing existing materials to identify areas for improvement.

Our team developed themes that highlighted the emotional significance of spaces, aligning with the values of the English National Opera.

By creating visually appealing presentations with dynamic layouts and strong imagery, we provided immersive experiences that effectively showcased Savills' unique value.

03 - Empower the client

Our goal is to continuously evolve and enhance Savills' visual identity and brand style, making it more recognisable across multiple touch points - this was especially important in pitch materials where first impressions really do count for a lot.

Crucially, we've empowered the client to produce their in-house comms at this same elevated level by creating a series of templated documents that they can work into.

Concept development

Our team devised creative concepts that highlighted the emotional significance of spaces, illustrating how properties reflect aspirations and lifestyles. We tailored these concepts specifically to resonate with Getty's focus on visual storytelling and the English National Opera's commitment to artistic excellence.

High-end production

To complement the digital presentations, we developed a suite of high-end printed materials. These included bespoke brochures and handouts featuring premium paper stock and sophisticated finishes, such as foil stamping and embossing.

The printed pieces were designed to enhance the tactile experience of the pitch, leaving a lasting impression on clients.

Each print element was carefully curated to reflect the brand identity and the artistic sensibilities of the English National Opera, ensuring that every detail conveyed quality and excellence.

So how did we do?

The creative direction and high-end print production were executed to perfection, making our materials not only visually compelling but strategically powerful. This project has genuinely elevated our image in ways we hadn't anticipated.
