ORCHARD STREET: BRAND CONTENT ELEVATION

Overview

Orchard Street are a renowned real-estate investment firm who play in the environmental investment space. Like many firms, the numbers come first, and design is a very distant second. We stepped in to help them elevate their comms - from ads, to reports. Here's how we did it...

01 - Identity the problem

Orchard Street reached a comfortable visual point with their reports. Whilst they work well, they believe in continually improving and evolving their reporting style.

Orchard Street’s goal for the green impact investment fund ad and report was to champion environmental and social impact and ROI - without appearing to greenwash. They did not want to just to maintain success, but enhance and refine their approach to ensure that they consistently stand apart from competitors.

02 - Present a creative solution

We proposed producing an initial wave of reports, supported by social assets to promote them effectively - this would serve as our benchmrk for creative success and a critical reference point for the clients own creative work.

Additionally, we'll curate a standout image library featuring unique stock  that surpasses traditional options and ensures longevity.

03 - Empower the client

Our goal is to continuously evolve and enhance the clients visual identity and brand style, making it more recognisable across multiple touch points. We also wanted them to stand head and shoulders above the competition - which they now do.

Crucially, we've empowered the client to produce their in-house comms at this same elevated level by creating a series of templated documents that they can work into.

Ads: Where they were

Orchard street had got to a pretty comfortable place with their report and ad design. However, there was ample opportunity to explore new areas of creative communication within their brand. By doing so, we elevated their visual presence, setting them apart from their competitors.

Image library curation

The cornerstone of and brands assets is the stock library, which not only ensures visual consistency across the brand but also captures an emotive range and adds a human touch to less engaging subjects.

For Orchard Street, we've curated images that infuse colour and warmth, fostering a relatable human connection. Imagery doesn't always need to be literal; it can convey deeper meanings and abstract narratives. This is why careful creative curation is crucial for a brands asset collection.
